ERSODA is established by highly educated and ACCA certified professionals, who have wealth of practical experiences on IFRS based financial statement preparation and presentation; on internal and external auditing; on taxation and tax accounting requirements, as well as on proficiently providing consultancy and training in related specialized areas.
Currently, it is managed by five certified partners; two professional partners and three profit sharing partner, who are also management institute certified consultants. Partners of ERSODA are practicing having licensed by ACCA membership / fellowship, Ethiopian Management Institute as management consultant and AABE certified Auditors. Hence, the firm is owned and managed by chartered certified accountants and management certified consultants.
In addition to the extensive practical industry professional experience they accumulated, partners of the firm have also accumulated experience in academic environment, lecturing and researching in various universities (Jimma, Adama, Admas and Addis Ababa) for more than 18 years. ERSODA has been also delivering specialized consultancy and training services. The trainings are mainly focused on rendering relevant practical exposures meant to the development and advancement of skills for related professionals. All the training packages rigorously have workshops for practices and computer labs at affordable prices.
The firm has currently more than 20 employees of full time and contracts, with greate experience and high quality educational background of the partners and managers of the firm.
